FINERGY SERVE was invited to present an exclusive FITNESS AWARENESS TALK at the BIB EXPO of SUPER SIKH RUN- 2018.
SSR-3 one of the most successful and well known marathons in the country that is host to more than 5000 runners, and initiates at the iconic Gurudwara Rakab Ganj . Powered by HERO ELECTRICALS, the marathon has some of the most renowned names associated with it.
FINERGY SERVE was invited as one of the partners for organizing an exclusive FITNESS AWARENESS TALK at the SSR.
Fitness experts from FINERGY SERVE conducted an awareness talk for the audience – runners, marathoners, corporate clients about the importance of FITNESS, and the nuances of staying fit through natural remedies and lifestyle changes.
Each sport has different requirements. While the basis of nutrition, hydration and physical activity are mandatory for each sport, however, the fitness goals and needs of a marathoner are definitely different from those of a professional weight lifter.
Stressing on these and much more were the panelists from FINERGY SERVE:

The session began with a glorious introduction of all the panelists, and the knowledge they shared on their respective fields.
JINNIE GOGIA CHUGH conducted the session on awareness of FITNESS and essentials for women.
MR MOHIT SURI, commonwealth gold medalist, president Indian Powerlifting federation, Director FINERGY SERVE, spoke about the importance of weight training, and gave very useful tips about time management. Being a professional lawyer, the standing council for supreme court, and a corporate lawyer, he has excelled in sports, and maintains a very high level of fitness. He focused on disciplined habits and also about the balancing of the food palate.
MR AKSHAY CHOPRA – an ex-navy guy, and a renowned name in fitness, also referred to as the encyclopedia of fitness industry , gave a talk on the importance of muscle building, and how, sports nutrition can tremendously help anyone in enhanching their performance.
Busting the many myths related to HEALTH-FITNESS AND MEDICINE was DR AYUSH MAKKAR, who spoke about cardiac health of runners, and also about the difference in the role of a fitness expert and a medico.
The session was very enriching and was a great learning experience for the ones present.An interactive session with QNA followed this discussion, wherein many of the runners and audience had a lot of queries for the experts.
FINERGY SERVE also conducted the BMI, and made a strong presence at the SSR-3.
